Located adjacent to Whole Foods and two blocks from the King Street Metro Station and Alexandria Amtrak Station, 1680 Duke Street is a boutique five-story, 47,000 square foot office building. Normandy acquired the building from the owner-occupant in a sale and partial-leaseback transaction. Immediately after closing, Normandy converted the ground floor office space into retail and executed a 15-year net lease with CVS for the entire ground floor. The upper floor vacant office space was leased to multiple tenants after completing significant renovations and upgrades to the building lobby, bathrooms, and corridors.
