    Normandy has built over 25 million sf of office space, including dozens of major headquarters facilities for leading companies across our markets. Normandy undertakes each headquarters project with a collaborative approach to achieve the best outcome for the user while creating and preserving long term value for Normandy’s investors. This approach includes open book collaboration on user-directed scope and design, flexibility to enable future headcount growth and corresponding premises expansion, and transactional structuring to offer tenants an opportunity to acquire their headquarters facilities.

    Normandy has developed headquarters buildings and facilities in a variety of manners, including on both a build-to-suit and renovate-to-suit basis. Normandy has also established headquarters facilities within existing occupied buildings, providing tenants of scale with amenities including below-grade parking, dedicated entrances, conference facilities, fitness centers, and private outdoor space. In addition to ensuring base building delivery, Normandy frequently oversees and delivers tenant interiors on a turnkey basis through coordination of base building and interior construction contracts. This enables a faster delivery timeline for earlier tenant occupancy and reduced coordination and budget risk.
