Mr. Lavell is a Vice President at Normandy in the Asset Management group. Prior to joining Normandy, he worked at Developers Diversified Realty, where he worked in their Leasing, Development, and Acquisition/Dispositions departments. His responsibilities included negotiating new and renewal lease transactions, transaction underwriting, hold sell analyses, lease review, and due diligence. Mr. Lavell graduated from Lehigh University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing.
