Mr. Vlamis is a Principal at Normandy and serves as the firm's Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mr. Vlamis oversees all operating departments, including leasing, property management, asset management, construction and property accounting. Prior to joining Normandy in 2002, he was a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group and Real Estate Merchant Banking Fund at Lehman Brothers in New York and London, where he was involved in M&A assignments, acquisitions, debt, and private equity financings. Mr. Vlamis was an adjunct instructor of real estate investment and finance at New York University and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cornell University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
