Justin Krebs is a Principal of Normandy and is responsible for directing the firm’s real estate investments in the New England region. Prior to Normandy, he held the position of Vice President for J.P. Morgan investments, where he was Senior Acquisitions Officer for the Northeast and Southeast. During this time he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, underwriting, and closing over $4 billion in multi-family, office, retail, and industrial properties. Other experience includes Associate Director of Acquisitions for UBS Asset Management, a multi-billion dollar investment management firm where he led the placement of over $400 million in equity investments for international investors and domestic pension funds. Mr. Krebs secured his Bachelor’s degree Cum Laude in Political Science/Pre-Law from Providence College and also graduated Cum Laude from Fordham University, where he earned his Master’s of Business Administration degree in Finance.
