Ms. Gately is a Principal of Normandy and serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Normandy, she worked for 9 years at The Gale Company (formerly Gale & Wentworth), a nationally recognized real estate firm, as an integral member of the acquisitions team and as a Portfolio Accounting Manager. Her vast experience includes all aspects of acquisition, debt financings, valuation, and financial reporting of properties, opportunity funds, and limited partnerships. Ms. Gately, a Certified Public Accountant, started her career with KPMG after graduating from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
