Normandy has aggregated an apartment portfolio of approximately 2,500 units in hundreds of buildings located primarily throughout the New York Tri-State area. Normandy's buildings are typically located in newly-gentrified areas that attract young professionals and families which are proximate to prime transportation hubs and which offer a diverse base of retail and other amenities. Normandy's investment strategy is to target properties that have been undermanaged or are in disrepair.
