Normandy Real Estate Partners Announces More Than 120,000 SF Of New Jersey Lease Transactions In Past Three Months

Morristown, N.J. - September 14, 2009 — Normandy Real Estate Partners, one of the largest real estate developers, owners and operators in the Boston to Washington, D.C. corridor, today announced a strong past three months in leasing transaction activity in New Jersey with more than 120,000 square feet of “new” transactions. The new tenants occupying the spaces include Fiber-Span, LLC, Garrity, Graham, Murphy, Garofalo & Flinn, P.C., Natrel Communications, Inc., Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and The New York Internet Company, Inc. Cellco Partnership, which does business as Verizon Wireless, has significantly expanded its current space.

Details of the transactions include:
- The New York Internet Company, Inc., an advanced Internet Service Provider, leased the entire building at 999 Frontier Road, Bridgewater, totaling 40,565 sf
- Garrity, Graham, Murphy, Garofalo & Flinn, P.C., a provider of high quality legal services, leased 17,772 sf at 72 Eagle Rock Avenue, East Hanover
- Fiber-Span, LLC, a premier provider of advanced RF ON FIBER technologies and solutions, has found a new home at 3434 Route 22 West (Fox Hollow), Branchburg, and is occupying 12,011 sf
- Natrel Communications, Inc., a full-service healthcare advertising agency, leased 11,850 sf at 119 Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany
- Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, one of the nation’s largest title insurance groups, signed a new 4,995 sf lease at 119 Cherry Hill Road in Parsippany
- Cellco Partnership, the #1 U.S. wireless phone operator in terms of subscribers, expanded its current location by 35,934 sf at 20 Independence Boulevard, Warren bringing its total leased space to 75,843 sf
