Normandy Real Estate Partners Concludes Three Deals Totaling 21,000 SF at 99 Summer Street, Boston < Previous  |  Next >

Boston - Jul. 24, 2009 — On behalf of Normandy Real Estate Partners, a leading real estate private equity firm, CB Richard Ellis/New England today announced that it has brokered three recent deals totaling more than 21,000 square feet at 99 Summer Street in Boston’s Financial District. Joining the building will be the Comptroller of the Currency, which will occupy approximately 13,000 square feet on the building’s 14th floor, and StatProa leading supplier of solutions for the investment industry—which will occupy approximately 4,500 square feet on the building’s 16th floor. Investment management firm Westwood Global Investments, which occupies space on the building’s 11th floor, will also expand and extend its lease at the property.

99 Summer Street is situated in the heart of the Financial District with excellent access to public transportation and a variety of major highways. The 20-story tower offers over 273,000 square feet of Class A office space and features flexible floor plates, high ceilings and oversized windows. Additional features include newly modernized passenger elevators, 24-hour security, on-site management and valet garage parking. 99 Summer Street was acquired by Normandy Real Estate Partners in 2006. The building received a total lobby renovation in 2008.
